Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping where permitted by law. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that ordering and importing our products is lawful in their country or region.

International delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which are outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities and will avoid shipping to regions where this risk is known to be high.
International Order Refund Policy
If an international order fails to arrive, we will offer either a 50% refund of the order value or a one-time reshipment upon request.
If a replacement shipment encounters further issues, no additional reshipments or refunds will be issued.
Once an order leaves our facility, all import-related risk rests entirely with the customer.
